Worry pas about posting it before we in the Nor'East got whalloped. You'd be amazed how positively sanguine we've become about it all in general, and the snow in particular.
If your correspondent had truly been offended, instead of teasing, I reckon the locals would've suggested he got some sensitivity training.
If we went in for such things herebouts. Which we don't.

If I could add a couple of pictures to the visuals, these would be the ones.
I would go and post this just before a huge snowstorm hit at least one of my readers in the northeast! I'll be off to Sensitivity Training now....
