My dear mom died night before last. We'll be, not offline at all, but very occupied for the next while, regrouping and helping my father who is staggered by this.
Oh, Ruth, that is so hard and I am so sorry. I wish your father strength and support, and you as well, because I know too well what can happen to a staggered, surviving elder spouse, and what a trial it can be to a daughter or son.
Please know that even people who have never met you are wishing hard for your well-being in this time.
